A little about Holistic Body Temple
I created my products to help restore balance in health conscious folk- who prefer the concept of "as nature intended" With a busy world full of chemicals and allergies on the rise and from all the toxins around us we are exposed to every day, so many nasty's are being absorbed from the products we use in our homes right down to the processed food we eat!
The washes we pick up from the local supermarket (a lot of which claim to be natural and or balanced but mostly synthetic!)
So for most of us balance and wellbeing for longevity in this life means making a simple conscious decision to "go natural" to be better educated and therefore in control of what goes into our bodies!
This is true empowerment as EVERYTHING we are using gets absorbed in so many ways from direct application on the skin with mainstream brands to ingestion of chemicals we don't realise are even effecting us! ie) cleaning product fumes! Not to mention some medications which affect our skin and who really wants to absorb extra chemicals if there's no need to who knows what long term health repercussions we are creating for ourselves and our families??.....
So with some serious result driven boosting ingredients from "mother nature"- the main aim is to provide indulgence whilst addressing common concerns of our bodies and wellbeing- at an affordable holistic level. I will be regularly updating my lovely potions and lotions from Body washes, exfoliates, masks, serums, Shampoos/conditioners, Pet care washes to house hold cleaning products! etc the list goes on & no doubt will be expanding!
I take great pride in addressing our modern day concerns with skin and have suffered many myself from rosacea, acne, stretchmark's, dehydration in the colder months, aging concerns etc the list goes on!! so allow me to address "your concerns" and tailor make a package for you or a special someone or a trial size for you to see and experience yourself!
In the past whilst using these blends I have been complimented on the radiance and glowing of my skin, i love a good bath where you are nourished with the good stuff- without the grease and irritation!
I found various blends I created not only helped the appearance of uneven skin tone marks etc but amazingly reduced my need to pumice! sounds a bit too true but I kid you not! I refer to myself as a "product whore" -yep iv tried em all!
There is defiantly something rewarding to the soul when we choose to really look after ourselves giving our body's true care and nourishment without compromise and to know this is affordable- really there's no reason not too try!
